Rates do not include:

- Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) for the living room area which is optional and payable in cash prior check-in. The cost is 32 Euros per day.

Wedding ceremony and / or reception being held at the property

- A wedding surcharge of EUR 650 is applicable when the villa is used for purposes other than accommodation such as hosting a wedding ceremony, reception or other related events. This surcharge is separate from the accommodation rates and is applied due to the specialized services, resources, and additional arrangements that are required to accommodate a wedding. The surcharge is payable in cash prior check-in.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 650 EUR to cover any potential damages or losses, is required to be paid by cash on the day of accommodation upon arrival. This amount is returned to the tenant prior check-out

Oceania Villa is situated in the secluded private area of "Panorama," near the Pikni Pine Forest at the top of Peyia hills in Paphos, Cyprus.

The wedding villa offers ultimate privacy, making it ideal for accommodation, wedding dinners, ceremonies, parties, and family vacations. Spread over two spacious floors, Oceania is a modern and fashionable villa with special finishes throughout its contemporary style. The overall aesthetic of the villa results from the use of pure grey steel and glass frames in its structure.

Oceania boasts 7 comfortable bedrooms and four spacious bathrooms, providing luxurious accommodation for 16 guests.

The extensive living room features an open folding glass, sliding wall running almost the entire length of the area, offering stunning panoramic views of the infinity swimming pool, Paphos city, and the Mediterranean Sea.

Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, providing all necessary modern appliances for guests, including a breakfast bar. The large contemporary kitchen, served by a grand dining table, has large fridge-freezers, a ring of electric hobs, microwave, oven, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a separate utility room that provides a second gas hob, washing machines, a second microwave, and an alternative oven.

The honeymoon suite features a double bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom with a bath enclosed in sliding glass. This suite can be separated from the bedroom area by a roll-away wall to provide accommodation for two additional guests on the sofa bed.

Also on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom and a guest WC. One of the twin rooms has a door to the garden and spectacular mountain and sea views.

All southeast-facing bedrooms benefit from electrically operated louvre blinds, allowing guests to adjust the natural sunlight entering the rooms, creating their desired ambiance.

On the upper floor, you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms, comprising 1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms. All rooms share 2 large bathrooms.

Weddings, receptions, and all types of outdoor social gatherings or parties can take place on the superior wooden-decked roof terrace. Distinctively designed to accommodate large groups of up to 45-50 people with an expansive seating area, our catering team is at your disposal to provide elegant meals, buffets, receptions, or romantic dinner parties. Additionally, it provides a bar table with a large outdoor fridge suitable for your drink reception backdrop of the Coral Bay vista.

The infinity swimming pool (5m x 15m) allows swimmers to sit on sunken bar stools and relax with a drink while enjoying the view of Cyprus. The exterior of the swimming pool is surrounded by green landscaping and an outdoor barbecue area, which has an extra-large table for dining.

The villa is ideal for small or intimate weddings or family gatherings, but for larger wedding parties, accommodation can be combined with Panorama Villa (special combined offer).
