Rates do not include:

- Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) for the living room area which is optional and payable in cash prior check-in. The cost is 32 Euros per day (2 units available)
- The supplement for the outdoor Jacuzzi with spa is 65 Euros per day, payable in cash prior check-in. Please note that the Jacuzzi should be pre-booked, as it can take up to 24-48 hours to heat. A minimum 4-night use is required.

Wedding ceremony and / or reception being held at the property

- A wedding surcharge of EUR 650 is applicable when the villa is used for purposes other than accommodation such as hosting a wedding ceremony, reception or other related events. This surcharge is separate from the accommodation rates and is applied due to the specialized services, resources, and additional arrangements that are required to accommodate a wedding. The surcharge is payable in cash prior check-in.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 650 EUR to cover any potential damages or losses, is required to be paid by cash on the day of accommodation upon arrival. This amount is returned to the tenant prior check-out

A 5-night minimum stay is required

The Panorama Villa comprises six bedrooms and two maisonettes in Annex 1 & Annex 2, accommodating up to 16 guests with a stunning view of Paphos and the Mediterranean Sea.

The main house features an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a separate utility room. It includes six bedrooms, three en-suite, and a guest shower room. The spacious living room offers comfort with sofas, while the kitchen combines granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and wood cabinets.

On the first floor, the master bedroom and a twin bedroom share a balcony for panoramic vistas. The master bedroom serves as the Panorama Honeymoon Suite, ideal for a bride and groom. The twin bedroom has a private shower room.

In Annex 1, two twin bedrooms on the ground floor share a spacious bathroom. One bedroom features extra single beds on a mezzanine level suitable for children.

Annex 2 has an open-plan kitchen and a comfortable living room. On the ground floor, a large double bedroom is accessible from the living area. The upper mezzanine has two single beds, an en-suite shower, and its own air-conditioning unit.

The exterior includes a landscaped garden, a private swimming pool with adjustable underwater lights, a smaller pool for children, and a hot-tub Jacuzzi available on request.

There are two BBQ spaces in the exterior—one in front of the main house and another in front of Annex 2. The villa's exterior provides various areas for wedding ceremonies and receptions, such as the Panoramic deck and the Umbrella deck, accommodating up to 60 guests.

Combining Panorama & Oceania offers private grounds shielded from neighbors, allowing for music and festivities without disturbance concerns. For large wedding parties, Panorama Villa can be combined with Oceania and Edge Villa for a special offer.
