A celebrity personal trainer, professional bodybuilding champion and a fitness model, Ulisses combines his love for a healthier life and training and aims to inspire others through example and motivation to achieve the best possible health and physique that they can have.

Ulisses is a two times Musclemania Super Body Pro Champion, a two times Musclemania World Pro Champion and a leader for natural bodybuilding. He has been featured in and contributed to various publications such as Men’s Health, MuscleMag, FLEX MAGAZINE, to name a few.

His approach is to guide the individual into the life of an athlete through his ground-breaking training protocols, diet and training support. His dedication to his work, his expertise and his kindness are a few qualities that make him one of the best trainers in the world.

Ulisses visited the beautiful island of Cyprus with his friend and Musclemania Pro Natural Bodybuilder, Simeon Panda, for attending a health and fitness seminar in Larnaca. They combine the opportunity of outlining their fitness lifestyle in Cyprus with the relaxation and privacy at our exclusive luxury villas.

Panorama and Oceania Villas were transformed into an outdoors workout place for both athletes demonstrating their crazy workout and work ethic. Working out next to the pool and around the villas was undeniable one of the most surreal things that any aspiring athlete can be motivated by. A brief footage of their workout can be shown below, with the finishing off exercise of their chin ups in the pool’s bridge with the panoramic costal view that the Villas have.
